Every month, like the ”bucket list”, I do some notes on my visions and my intentions for the month to come. Somestimes I even do a vision board; sometimes on Pinterest and sometimes in one of my many notebooks.
I like to jot down what I would like to do in the month to come. It’s like a monthly bucket list with all the things I’d like to make time for or things I just know I need go get done.
It’s no secret: I have a hard time falling asleep, especially when I go to bed too early. And I have a hard time staying asleep. I blame it on my head.
Many of us find ourselves in the midst of a noisy world. A world that constantly wants something from us; our attention, our opinions and our souls.
It can be draining to keep up with the world around us, and sometimes we just need to eliminate all the noise that is surrounding us.
I myself try to eliminate negative things and people in my life, I meditate whenever I need it, I do yoga to get in touch with my mind after some long or hard days – or I start out this way to keep my mind balanced.

I skrivende stund sidder jeg i sengen, op ad sengegavlen, med en lille skål nødder og en kop kaffe ved min side. Solen spyr sine sidste stråler ind ad terrassedøren, og varmen fra dennes store magt mærkes helt ind til benet. Min krop er dejlig træt efter tre dage på ski, og mit hoved trænger til en smule ro, hvorfor jeg sidder her og hygger mig en stund i mit eget og computerens selskab.
