Today I want to tip you on meditation, on why and on how to. Meditating is something that used to be a part of my every day, but somehow we fell apart and for a long time there was a huge distance between us. I used to meditate every day when I was younger, when I had less thins to do and when my life somehow seemed more “easy” and more manageable. Perhaps it seemed that way because I meditated; I’m more like to believe that it seemed that way because that was how it was though. Continue reading “Weekly Tip #2: Meditation”
Doing affirmations each and every day is a great way for you to start believing in yourself – if that is what you want, that is. Or for you to believe that today is going to be wonderful. Or that you can run those 5 k. Or that you can and will uphold a healthy lifestyle.
This soup will warm you from the inside out, fill you with goodness and vitamins and keep a cold way if needed. It’s one of my ayurvedic recipes, which I truly love.

I also use the following tips to keep the noise out of my life, and guess what? It works… Continue reading “How to Eliminate Noise in Your Life”
Mandag morgen. Jeg kigger ud på vejret, og det er vidunderligt. Solen står højt, rimen og frosten er ved at brænde bort af dens stråler og herinde sidder jeg og arbejder på dels min lille virksomhed og dels på mit speciale. Continue reading “Sweet Sunday Reflection”
