Doing affirmations each and every day is a great way for you to start believing in yourself – if that is what you want, that is. Or for you to believe that today is going to be wonderful. Or that you can run those 5 k. Or that you can and will uphold a healthy lifestyle.
At gå ind i et nyt år bringer for mig altid en følelse af at træde ind i nye tiltag. Nye tiltag i forhold til de ting, jeg gerne vil opnå, det jeg gerne vil blive bedre til og det, jeg ønsker at ændre. Jeg kalder det ikke nytårsfortsæt, for det ringer altid hult, negativt.
